Dear Dr. Rosen:
Last Thursday (January 22nd), I visited your office for a filling that I'd put off for over three years. Perhaps you saw the look of panic that brushed over my face when you called me from the waiting room. How was I supposed to know that going to the dentist could be so utterly painless? Heck, I almost enjoyed myself! I would like to thank you for making me feel so relaxed and well taken care of. Going to the dentist is a BREEZE!
Sincerely,
Amy Myers
Dear Julie and Dr. Rosen,
Merry Christmas to you and your staff.
Once again I would like to say that I have been to dentists all over the world, and you were by far the very best. I will truly miss having a dentist, from whom I received such wonderful care and attention. Good with your wedding Julie, I 'm so glad that your fiancée loves your kitties!
Thank you all very much for everything. I have told everyone in my office that they would be fools not to come to you!!
Wishing you a happy new year.
Kara Tschetter
Dear Dr. Rosen,
I would very much like to thank you and your ladies for all of your kindness to me. I feel very at much at home, they offered me soda and let you walk around. I didn't feel like I was in a dentist's office. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and at home.
Your patience with me was much appreciated. Especially the phone calls and seeing me the same day when I had a problem. Your really care about the people you are working on.
I think you are a miracle worker and did a beautiful job with the surgery and my first teeth.
My experience before meeting you, was that once they got the money they didn't have time for you, you are the opposite. Please keep your sense of humor.
Thank you and I thank god I picked you.
Truly,
Isabelle Higgins
Dear Doctors:
I am writing to you both to express my sincere thanks to you both for making what I feared would be a terrifying experience into a warm and wonderful but most of all painless procedure. From the first phone call to the last goodbye, I felt nothing but kindness and consideration from your complete staff.
To Dr. Rosen, my heartfelt thank you. I look forward to my next two appointments. I never thought I would ever say that about a dentist or dental work again in my entire life. Again, thank you to all of you.
Sincerely your,
Linda F. Williams
Dear Dr. Rosen:
First I would like to thank you for all the work you have done. Before coming to your office, my biggest fear was the dentist. When I was a child, my memories of the dentist were of pain and terror. This is one of the reasons my teeth were so bad. Once I turned 18, I decided I was through with dentistry. I learned to live with the discomforts, up to a point. That is when I found you. You and your staff made me feel so comfortable. My first visit with Dr. Rosen went so smooth that I was willing to give this a shot and go through with it. Then my next amazement I was not going to have to wear dentures. I thought I was destined for that. However, you Dr. Rosen had a much better plan, I would of never dreamed. To tell you the truth it feels like you replaced my old broken teeth with new stronger teeth and my life has changed due to it. In addition, your assistant ( I am sorry I forgot her name) was terrific. There were times when you were doing a difficult job and she was right there seemingly one step ahead of you. Usually knowing what you would need next and at the same time was there for me, knowing just how to make me 100% comfortable without me even telling her. Thanks to you and your staff I look forward to no more uncomfortable nights, (I've saved a bundle in Tylenol alone). In addition, people compliment me on how much better I look. However, best of all I no longer fear the dentist. Believe it or not, I actually looked forward to coming, as I knew I was one step closer to perfect teeth. In addition, I really enjoyed myself (do they sell that nitrous anywhere? :)
Your staff has not only changed my life but that of my daughters too. Unfortunately she too had a "bad" dentist early on in her life and feared going to the dentist. However, I quickly changed her to your office and with the comfort your staff provided, she too no longer dislikes going to the dentist.
Thanks again to you and your staff,
Sincerely,
Scott Hennessey
