You'll be glad to know that we gladly accept most insurance assignments. There's no need to hassle with paperwork when you're in immediate need of care. In order that fees and payment alternatives are clear, written estimates are provided prior to beginning treatment. If you do have any questions or concerns about payment, please feel free ask. We offer convenient monthly payment plans through Care Credit or PayConnect for qualified individuals.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
